Terms and Conditions:

Winning bidder must be a KFPS & FHANA Member in good standing, with no outstanding debts owed to other stallion owners.

Breeding mare must be FPS registered and may be subject to approval.

AUCTION IS FOR THE STUD FEE with LFG ONLY.

Bidder is responsible for any and all other fees, services and expenses. By placing a bid you agree to the terms set forth herein and also agree to sign and adhere to the breeding contract.

Winning bidder will receive a breeding gift certificate from the Stallion manager, withen 10 days of payment.

CCFC assume no responsibility or liability in respects to this breeding and its outcome.

Breedings are Non-Transferable.
